I’m not used to sending these types of packages and this last time, 7/6/25 Maria was exceptionally helpful. She really has patience and gives the personal attention one may need when needing help. Thank you Maria and other employees that have been of assistance, very kind and very helpful.

- CCCQApr 13, 20265.0I wanted to take a moment to recognize Becky which is why I give this review 5 stars, for her outstanding customer service. During my visit, she maintained an efficient pace while still being thorough and professional with each customer. She assisted five people in the time it took another postal clerk "Maria" to help just one, all while staying composed and courteous. It was noticeable that Becky was consistently picking up the pace to keep the line moving, which did not go unnoticed. Her drive and professionalism made a significant difference in my overall experience. That said, there was a contrast in service at the other counter. Maria's extended personal conversation with one customer about "EVERYTHING" other than the package she was processing, slowed down the line and placed additional pressure causing Becky to pick up her slack. Situations like that can lead to strong employees becoming overextended. I value professionalism, efficiency, and accountability, qualities Becky clearly demonstrated. Thank you to her for setting a great example of customer service. She is AMAZING and it was my first time at this specific location, and I will be back.

Also, the phone number does not work, so good luck trying to get in touch with anyone to help. Zero online support since I dropped it off at the post office. USPS is unreliable, do yourself a favor a pay just a little extra for decent service at the alternatives.
