    Always friendly, Always greeted when I come into the store They are quick to take care of customers Knowledgeable with other shopping needs. Helpful to get packages out.

    Came in today was told I had two different tracking numbers to send an item back that was sent to me in one package so I took them out taped them up and put the new mailing info sticker thing on each box. Mind you I did this in the show room on the ground in front of everybody? They told me they can’t ship it back in the product box so I told him just to keep it and I left because apparently I wasn’t gonna be able to ship it back in time

    I came in to ship a package and they wanted to charge me $1.00 to put tape on the top of the box. Really? This was a medium sized box. There would have been no reason to charge $1.00. They can write off supplies with IRS, so charging their customers to tape a box closed was "nickel and diming". I've always gone to a Postal Annex in the past and never had this issue. I picked up my package and took it to Postal Annex where they DO NOT charge for taping a box closed to ship. I have no time for this type of "unfriendly business". Never again!
