  I had a wonderful experience with Image Zone during a very sensitive time for my family. After wasting days with Staples and FedEx- confusing quotes, high prices, and disappointing print quality- walking into Image Zone was such a relief. Their pricing is completely transparent and reasonable, their quality is excellent, and they handle full‑bleed printing and finishing in‑house. Jared took incredible care of my father’s funeral programs. He treated something so personal to me with respect, and the team even completed printing and assembling all 150 booklets the same day. You can truly feel the difference between a big retail chain and a small business that genuinely cares about its customers. I may not need printing often, but I’ll recommend Image Zone to anyone who does. Thank you, Jared especially, for going above and beyond! <3

  I requested a refund for a second card that I paid to have printed but never received. Prior to approving the order, I made multiple attempts to obtain proofs. I spoke with both the owner and Jared on several occasions, but was consistently told the proofs would be sent “later,” which rarely happened. There always seemed to be a reason for the delay—someone being out of the office, on lunch, too busy, or unavailable. I had only minor revisions to request, but without receiving proofs, I was unable to move forward. After repeated delays and lack of follow-through on the part of Image Zone, I decided to cancel my order. I was issued a refund for one card, but did not see the second refund. I followed up with Jared, who told me he would speak with the owner and process the remaining refund. After waiting again without any update, I called back and asked Jared for a timeline. I was told the refund would be issued “whenever accounting or the owner gets around to it,” which I found unprofessional and dismissive. I expressed my concerns regarding the ongoing lack of communication and respect throughout this process. When I asked Jared to speak directly with the owner, I was told he “comes and goes” and was not available. When I mentioned leaving a public review, Jared’s tone changed, but no resolution was provided—only that “someone will get back to me,” before the call was ended. This entire experience has been marked by poor communication, lack of accountability, and unfulfilled commitments.

  Jared and the team are awesome at what they do. I was able to get my cards next day in a pinch and I really appreciated the kind and professional attitude ❤️

  The entire team at Image Zone produces quality work, on time, and competitive pricing. Jared is always responsive and accommodating to our needs. We used Image Zone for business cards, display cards, earring holders, posters, and more or my wife's retail business, and for larger commercial jobs for my employer.

  I had a great experience working with Image Zone Printing. I appreciate their communication throughout the building process of my business' signage. Their willingness and dedication to stay late on a Friday and get the job done meant a lot. Their prices are very good and finished my project within days. The advise on maintaining the items I had bought was also appreciated. I would highly recommend them!
