I specifically reserved the time slot with the photo, came 20 min before to pay for the Money Order and to learn that the photo printer doesn’t work. No sign about it, nothing! The male officer was absolutely indifferent, sent me to CvS and never accepted my docs after, explaining that he is off to lunch. Never offered to accept my docs straight after his lunch break, absolutely no human approach assuming that the fault is on their side, no apology whatsoever. The human communication is dead.
