  I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service at this office. The gentleman who assisted me was not only rude, but also seemed to have very little understanding of what good customer service should look like. I was trying to mail a regular letter with two photo prints inside. I simply wanted to confirm whether I needed to add another stamp, but I was told that because the envelope was too stiff, it had to be mailed as a “package,” costing at least $7–$10. Seriously? Two photo prints inside an envelope, and I couldn’t even get a straightforward answer about whether I needed another stamp. What should have been a simple, two-minute question turned into nearly half an hour of waiting in line and frustration, with absolutely nothing accomplished. It’s incredibly disappointing to encounter this kind of attitude and lack of helpfulness at a public-facing service office.

  Vo was very helpful and polite! She helped me with my parcel even though it was heavy and she was as so friendly all throughout! Thank you so much 🫶

  Tried to charge us a dollar for a label that says from and to address. When we already have the from and to address on the box... Guy worker started crashing out when the other worker showed that we have the address on the box to him. Absolute cinema

  I sincerely hope the employees of this post office receive the same level of service everywhere they go as they provide to their customers.

  Good experience and Good service here compared to what I've been since I previously lived at Daly City and the USPS there didn't hold my mail even I place and mail on hold there, everytime when I go in to the USPS in Daly City they always told me I have no mail or my mail has been sent out to the address that I don't live there anymore ( Because I was kicked out from there due to the county issues I assumed) also they kept telling me to go check for another location where was close by of course I kept going back and forth still couldn't find my missing mail and forced to go back to where I used to lived and asking for my mail but everytime I was threatening and warned by the residence who was at that house that I shouldn't be there even showing up around that house which at the Woodrow st at Daly City. Anyway the USPS here at Hope Street is much better and the staff here were friendly and knows what they doing since I switched my address here they'd hold my mail here and I be able to received all my mail they even help redirect my mail who were sent from my previous address which was great thanks 🙏🏻👍🏻😭💌📮
