  I was very disappointed with the shipping price quoted to me at this UPS Store. I needed to send a small document envelope from the Mountain House area to San Francisco. The UPS Store quoted me approximately $79.85 just for shipping, and I was also told that I would have to pay separately for the envelope. That would bring the total cost to approximately $85–$89. The delivery was not even same-day. I was told the envelope would arrive on Monday morning. Because the price seemed extremely high, I checked FedEx for a comparable shipment to the same destination. FedEx charged me only $12.75, with scheduled delivery on Monday as well. The price difference is unbelievable. To put this into perspective, for around $50–$60, I could potentially hire a private driver or local courier to personally take this document from the Mountain House area to San Francisco and deliver it by hand within approximately two hours. The driver could complete the entire trip and still cost less than what I was quoted by this UPS Store for a regular envelope shipment. I fully understand that UPS and FedEx may have different rates and service levels, but going from $12.75 at FedEx to approximately $85–$89 at UPS for a small document shipment to the same destination is extremely difficult to understand. Customers should definitely compare prices before paying. I hope this UPS Store reviews its pricing practices and makes sure customers are being offered all available lower-cost shipping options instead of receiving such an expensive quote.

  Had to wait in line 25 mins for a return. Everyone behind me were assisted while I had to wait just to drop off a quick package. They need more staff! Tracy location is better. I made a mistake coming here!!!

  This store is always very friendly and helpful. Self service kiosk is great, staff is generally quick and efficient, and I haven’t ever had a bad experience here.

  Gia provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. She was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. We came in needing several services, and she made what could have been a very stressful experience feel easy and manageable. She notarized our documents, faxed our paperwork, helped us log into the computer, printed our documents, and clearly explained exactly what needed to be notarized. While we waited for the fax to go through, she kept us informed, engaged us in friendly conversation, and even assisted other customers without ever making us feel overlooked. Her calm demeanor, positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out. Gia’s outstanding customer service turned a stressful situation into a positive experience, and we are extremely grateful for her patience, efficiency, and kindness.
