My label has clearly been ripped off my package and put onto someone else's package. Walked back into see why and was told to contact Amazon. I then asked how my packages label was here but not my package. It is very obvious my package arrived and the label was ripped off and placed on someone else's. I've been on the phone for hours trying to resolve this which none of the options will get my package item replaced or my money for item returned. This is absurd!!!

- EREric RomeroJul 11, 20195.0I had a package for an RV part that I needed to get home, my shackle and leaf spring bolt was broken and so I was stranded. I ordered an new part and when it arrived at the post office the package was going to be returned to the seller because the campground sites are not an official address. I drove up to the post office and Gary was able to help me out with receiving the package. I got the new part put on my trailer and I was able to drive it home on check out day. Thanks Gary for being understanding and helpful.
