I almost never receive a piece of mail or a package on time or they try to deliver to the wrong address and mark the package as refused to be sent back to sender. Someone or everyone needs to get fired because this is insane at this point.

- JMJana MDec 31, 20242.0I've dropped off mail here many times without any issues. But the first time I needed additional service, the desk staff was incompetent and rude, which seemed to be contagious, based on at least 2 other frustrated patrons in there. Not a nice experience at all.
- EEEmilyAug 25, 20162.0Had an Amazon package delivered to General Delivery at the Morro Bay Post Office. Received notification from Amazon of receipt at the P.O. @ 3:44 pm. Drove over with 4:15 arrival. Advised P.O. Personnel it shpd via Ontrak and I had notification of receipt. Clerk advised it would not be available until the following day. No apology or anything. Just a 'too bad' attitude. If I come through here again, will ship to UPS store. They seem happy to deal with out-of-towners. Will gladly pay their $5 charge for a pick-up. They advised Amazon's notification that it was delivered meant it was available for immediate pick-up.
