  I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but after having the same experience over and over again, I feel like I need to say something. Every single time I come into this UPS Store, the customer service is horrible. It doesn’t matter who is working the owners, the younger employees at the register, whoever. Nobody is welcoming or friendly. There’s no “Hi, how can I help you?” It’s basically “What do you need?” They take your package, process your Amazon return, and that’s it. The whole interaction feels like you’re bothering them just by walking through the door. I do a LOT of Amazon returns, so unfortunately I’ve been in here plenty of times, and I can honestly say I have never had a good experience. If it were just one employee or one bad day, I wouldn’t even bother writing this. But when it happens every single time with different employees, that says a lot about how this location is being run. I genuinely don’t understand how this place keeps getting business, other than the fact that it’s the only UPS Store in Morgan Hill. Customer service goes a long way. Nobody expects you to roll out a red carpet, but being polite, welcoming, and not making customers feel like an inconvenience is the bare minimum. After this many bad experiences, I’m done giving them the benefit of the doubt.

  The staff are great. The remodel has helped with the congested feel the inside used to have. I do wish there was a different place for those giant trucks to park, rather than blocking the driveway and front door.
