- LSLillian Start4 days ago1.0horrid service for over phone. lies constantly about hours and service and wait times. wont leet you speak to a real person and the AI is so slow that by the time it's done with information it's been 5 minutes. cheapest thing i've ever heard and seen. despise these AI systems.

The post office worker was helping other people walking in even though there was a line of about 5 people waiting for the passport. I personally had to got tell here there are others people there,waiting. She did not care. Never again
