- CCcheryl4 days ago1.0Issue with lost mail within the post office. I received notification I had a certified letter ready for pickup. The letter was addressed to my PO box. Tracking info stated the letter was at the post office. The letter could not be found. I spoke with a supervisor who said she would continue to look and call later that day. No call. I called the supervisor the next day, and she was still unable to find the letter. Again, the supervisor said she would call with updates, but the call never happened. Six days later and I still have not received the certified letter. The intention behind paying for the PO box is to prevent situations such as this. We expect an improvement in the service provided. DO BETTER
- JBJake Boogey4 days ago1.0I'm very disappointed in the incompetence of the USPS these days. I was just trying to find the cheapest shipping option via a drop down menu on eBay and I picked media mail which I'll admit was my mistake because at the time I didn't know you couldn't send clothing with that option, but instead of sending all of the packages through and then just charging me the difference you returned some of the packages to me and completely screwed up my delivery times. Why do you pick and choose which ones to send through and which ones to return to sender? This is ridiculous and you wonder why everybody hates the USPS now! I made a mistake, yes, but now that you've sent these packages back to me instead of just sending them through and charging me for it later, like you've already done with several other packages, you've totally set back my timeline on my deliveries. I'm extremely dissatisfied with this poor service I've received from you guys! I don't even know why I'm leaving this review because it's obvious that you guys don't give a rats behind about anybody and all you care about is gouging people for subpar service. It's clear that you're hated by many give the fact that you only have 2.2 stars at this location, but it's no different at any location, they are all terrible now!

I told the clerk I needed to do a change of address for my mom with everything I needed I had prepared she didn’t consider to ask or help with my problem she just denied me and she proceeded to say my mom has to be there after explaining to her that my mom is completely paralyzed. So I’m suppose to bring my mom in a hospital bed to change her address.

- BMBo MyintAug 27, 20261.0I lost three packages within two weeks at the Moreno Valley USPS. For Package #1, I left it with the staff at the USPS counter. After four hours, the tracking showed it had departed the post office. However, there were no further updates, and my package was lost between the Moreno Valley post office and the San Bernardino Distribution center.The tracking indicates that the San Bernardino Distribution center never arrived or received my package. Packages 2 and 3 are from eBay. The tracking shows they were delivered to the mailbox (USPS locker). When I checked the locker, I didn't see the packages or any notes. I no longer trust the Moreno Valley USPS.
