- LLLinda Loehndorff6 days ago1.0Stay away from Moraga Post Office they overcharge you. Mailed a package to Europe and was charged a fee and taxes plus the usual postage. I pointed out to the clerk that I have never paid a fee and taxes before. Unfortunately that particular clerk is very incompetent and she just mumbled and as usual I did not understand her. Moraga post office owes me $ 27. I will never use USPS again

I went here to ship out a package and happily bought a box. the box i bought only came with two small pieces of packing tape. clearly not enough for the box itself. i asked him if he could spare a piece of tape for me and he aggressively stated i need to buy it. he then shoved the tape dispenser by his desk maybe an inch from my face shouting “this is all i have”. it’s strange because at the lafayette post office they have no problem doing this for me, they do it all the time. same with oakland and concord. i ship out multiple orders at a time and it’s never been an issue. i told him about my positive experience at lafayette and why it was different here. he then aggressively stated “you should go to lafayette then not here”. absolutely ridiculous. i will take his advice and go to different locations moving forward just to avoid his completely inappropriate behavior.

During my visit, I encountered an employee who displayed a shocking level of rudeness and unprofessionalism. Not only was his tone disrespectful, but he also handled my package with complete disregard for its fragility, resulting in potential damage. This behavior is highly unacceptable and has left me deeply dissatisfied. I sincerely hope that steps will be taken to improve customer service and prevent similar incidents happen to other customers in the future.
