I had seven returns and was told to bag my own items while the employee rushed me for barcodes. Then, while I was still bagging everything, he literally turned around and did nothing instead of doing his job and packaging the returns. There wasn’t even anyone waiting in line. I’ve used other UPS Stores where employees were patient and helpful even with lines out the door. This is unacceptable customer service, and I will not be returning.
- MEMike EverettSep 22, 20261.0I was returning a amazon package and when I went in this particular ups store they said that I need to take it to whole foods, but when I checked my account, Amazon said I can return it to a number of places including the ups store, so I went to Kohls down the street and they took the item no problem. The person who helped me at Kohls basically said that the ups store just didn't want to help so I'm never going there again.
