- HCHanniel CatalanJun 2, 20261.0Maricris needs to be retrained on how to properly assist customers with money orders. I was paid by a client for a cleaning job and came in to cash a money order so I could pay my staff. Instead of being treated with professionalism and respect, I felt racially profiled and was treated very poorly throughout the interaction. As a business owner, I handle payments from clients regularly, and there was no reason for me to be made to feel uncomfortable or judged. Every customer deserves to be treated fairly and respectfully, regardless of their appearance or background. I hope management addresses this situation and provides additional customer service and sensitivity training so other customers do not have a similar experience.
