- EVEli VernonJul 31, 20261.0Slow, opens later than posted time, impolite. Junior staff will overcharge you. Either have the website pulled up when mailing a simple package or be ready to drive to Seaside. Very disappointed.

Connie refused to take my prefilled and printed form and asked to fill their own form saying that colors on form are faded and it won't be accepted. When I told her to submit it she refused and refused to explain me anything because I didn't like the "NO" answer just like many customers do. She ignored me and told my wife to fill that form up. I asked for manager He was not there. I start calling to USPS phone number to report this behavior. She begin to treating me not to process my application if I continue the over the phone complain. I still did. Manger called me that evening apologizing for Connie behaviour.

Incluso en la página web así está, que ahí te atienden sin citas, y al llegar No ha iba nadie en esa ve tanilla, y una mujer desde otra ventanilla me pregu to que que quería y le respondí que te ovar un pasaporte y me dijo que no tenían personal y que al día siguiente Tampoco me iban a atender porque no iban a tener. Inguna cita para mi!!! Y que si iba me iba a tocar esperar posiblemente todo el día, entonces para que pone que es Wlak in!!! Muy Groseras, prepotentes, muy mal modo e incluso rasistas, y la que me estaba contestando somos volteo a ver a la otra y la otra dijo que efectivamente No iban a tener algo para mi!!! Sus nombres son Conie y Nicky!!! Que Vergüenza que tengan personas como ellas en la ventanilla de atención al público!!! Dejan muy mal a ese tipo de oficinas que se suponen tiene. La obligación de un buen servicio!!! Y parece que a estás dos se les olvidó lo que es la educación y el bien servicio al cliente!!!
