  The old lady with blonde hair and bangs is rude. Not a hello, no eye contact or smile. Didn't even look up before she was asking me if I had a label , I had it in my hand if she were to look at me she would have seen it. Then she directed to me to go print my own label , saying I can save time, and if I needed assistance with that someone can help me. The only people in the store were me , her and another employee. No one was doing anything, although she was taping up a small box That could have been paused long enough to scan my label. I did go print my own label , however the issue I have was WTH were they doing that ,the other girl couldn't just take my small box and label and scan it? But she could help me print my own label if I needed help with that? To me that was such poor customer service . Just scan my label so I can be on my way. If they were busy , slammed I would not have thought twice to be helpful and print my own label etc. But when there was nothing else going on and you can't be bothered to look at me telling me to save time by going over and doing your job, who's time am I saving? Not mine. I dont like to review, I think it is pretty lame, and people like to lie on here, but honestly get it together, Bangs lady, your customer service and willingness to do your job is lacking. Youre setting a poor example to your employees and your customers should not be doing your job. Lazy. Rude. Ill go to the lighthouse location , the guy there is super nice , efficient and has even helped me carry heavy stuff from my car without asking. THAT is customer service.

  This UPS Store in the Del Monte Center just charged us (Friday, January 30, 2026 at appx. 10:10am) $3.00 TO PRINT THE UPS SHIPPING LABEL for a return we were making via UPS. Awful.
