I had to print many documents at night, and because there were so many and the employee had to do them manually, I did not check them afterward; however, the next day, I discovered that more than half of what I sent were missing and he had provided many double copies that i didnt ask for. I ended up paying $60 for a bunch of repeated copies; what horrible service.

I was shocked when I learned all Party City locations near me were closing down. I went to that store for years. When I heard they were opening in Staples locations I was ecstatic! Especially knowing there’s a Staples less than 1 mile away from me. I came here twice to fill up balloons for two of my kids birthdays and spent around $80 each time. Well, I came tonight for the third time and the lady with the HUGE mole of her lip denied our service because it was :15 minutes to closing. I was asking for 10 latex balloons to be filled but she said “NO”. I pleaded to her and ask if she could at least fill up 5. She still said NO! I thought it was very rude of her and she was just being completely lazy with the whole situation. I’ve came in at the same time before. With the same amount of balloons before and the other lady was nice and provided great customer service. I’ve been coming to this Staples for years and been a Party City customer for years as well. It’s sad to say today was my last day my family is spending another dollar at this location! Party City closed down most of its locations and is relying on employees like that!?!? Well, I don’t see them staying open too long if they continue to provide horrible customer service. I wanted to give my money to Staples/Party City but they had me go to Ralph’s instead🤷🏻‍♀️
