The shop was actually really well-staffed, and the team was super friendly and professional. It was a great experience and the prices were very affordable. I’ll definitely be coming back here whenever I’m in the area!

She raised her voice and spoke to her in a condescending manner in front of other customers, all while on a FaceTime call. The interaction was so upsetting that my wife went home in tears. My wife was wearing a hijab, and while I cannot say with certainty whether that played a role, the behavior felt targeted and deeply unprofessional.

I overnighted a package that was late because of a new driver- and yet Kelly masterfully found and utilized all of her resources to resolve the situation. I get it- it’s holiday season- and things can happen- but Kelly was so capable that she has me as a customer forever. UPS is lucky to have her!
