  the rudest customer service ive ever experienced and his reasoning was that this place is family owned. I had an amazon return and a package drop-off and the amazon return box was completely devoid of anything except the amazon package barcode on the inside… He immediately rambled on forever about how this family owned business is prestigious and won’t risk getting sued by amazon because of a sticker that was removed and put inside of the box. Save your time and sanity- just go somewhere else.

  I should have read reviews about poor service. The guy with tattoos is completely unprofessional and has a lack of urgency. He went to his desk to scroll TikTok on his phone rather than just waiting 2 minutes for me to send an email with my label. $2 for a label and $1 for tape sounds like this place is desperate for business. Won't be coming back. Edit: How about you take your sorry apology and actually provide good service? It's not that hard. Take responsibility for yourself and look at yourself in the mirror.

  The man there is so disrespectful and unhelpful. I asked him a question and he said “what the hell is that” no manners at all. I don’t recommend this place. He don’t even deserve one single star.

  Never had any issues with staff. Fix the doors or leave it propped open; they're worse each time I've gone here.

  I usually don’t like to go out of my way to leave a bad review and I always like giving service workers the benefit of the doubt…. but the service here by Nic is completely terrible. I came to drop off a prepaid package and the entire time he treated me as a nuisance, and was condescending, almost seeming like he wanted to just get me out of his way. I brought it up during another visit with a different representative and was pretty much told “he’s like that to everyone and there’s no changing him. go somewhere else or just don’t interact with him.” As a service worker myself it worries me that this kind of stuff is overlooked just because he has connections to the owner. It’s bad business, there’s a reason why your reviews look like this.
