I was advised to purchase a P.O. box, which I did; however, my packages were still missing. When I returned today, an absolutely wonderful staff member—a woman named Kamal—helped me out. I panicked because a package delivered today contained medication, and although I overreacted, she handled the situation with great understanding. She contacted the person who had delivered the box to inform him of the issue—a man named Mark—and he immediately met me at the mailboxes to assist me. He was incredibly understanding and patiently demonstrated, step-by-step, that my key was actually opening the wrong box. It turned out my previous shipments—and everything else—were right where they belonged. Given how stressed and agitated I was today, I was extremely pleased and grateful to encounter two employees who were so helpful and understanding. My deepest thanks and appreciation.✨✨✨✨✨⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
