- JCJ. C.6 days ago1.0I've been using the services of this store for years, since they opened. Notary, packing, shipping, etc. I was delivered a package by UPS that was open and damaged, with items missing. So I brought it to return it with a prepaid label to this store. I was told they can't accept it because of "driver safety" even though that's exactly how I received it from their driver. No suggestions of what to do next or how to get this package back. No offer to sell me a new box, or tape, or anything. It was a "no" and "get out"...
