- KWKaity WinnAug 10, 20261.0We had two separate passport appointments scheduled at this location, and both times the post office called us on the day of the appointment to cancel because they did not have staff available to process passports. The second time, the employee who called explained that they only have passport staff available in the mornings and that their staff is gone by 1:30 PM. What is extremely frustrating is that their website allows customers to schedule passport appointments later in the day. Why offer appointment times that the location cannot actually accommodate? Customers should not be able to schedule an appointment online only to have it canceled at the last minute because the location does not have staff available. To make matters worse, the employee who called to cancel our second appointment told me that if I called the post office back, no one would answer. That is incredibly frustrating and not an acceptable way to handle customer service. If customers have questions about a canceled appointment, they should have a reasonable way to contact the location and speak with someone. Having two appointments canceled on the same day, after planning around them, is extremely inconvenient. The scheduling system and communication at this location need significant improvement. This was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience.

Lynh and surrender say they’re calling the supervisor and no one comes out and if you ask they said they don’t know that they aren’t the supervisor which is very rude. They had me waiting for over 30 minutes and IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD!
