  Love the staff that this post office is professional helpful and friendly. One problem I have though the door going into the lobby where all the Post Office boxes are the door stays open all the time when it's 100° outside the air conditioning is just going outside nobody bothering it because as taxpayers are paying for that air conditioning bill. Please fix the door so it closes properly and saves energy and money. You do not leave your front door open at your house so why would we do it here

  Terrible service. I went in to send a package to my sister who is in the military and was talked to like I was an idiot when I forgot to fill out a line on the overseas paperwork like I do it everyday…? I didn’t get his name but he was a tall white man and he kept yelling at his phone “hey siri hey siri” he couldn’t seem to work his phone but I was the slow one for not knowing all the sections that were necessary.

  I came in with a field hockey stick and no idea on how to get it packaged and shipped back to NY. Rick was fantastic and helped me out. I will be coming back for all of my postage needs!

  I went there this morning bought a box so I can ship an order , the box didn’t have enough tape because it comes with 2 little strips ,I told the worker & asked him for tape he didn’t care , he said he had glue so I had to buy my own tape so once I bought my tape and used it i gave him my tape for the next customer that asks for tape since this place can’t afford to let customers use there tape if this place needs a gofund me wel help them

  To me, the staff at the actual office are fine and helpful... What annoys me is when we have a parcel with signature required being delivered to our business, the postman doesn't even ring our doorbell (which we have very apparently placed). Instead, he drops the envelope mail in the box and marks the parcel as a Delivery Attempt. This happened today, again, and we were sitting inside with the door open. I was like 20 feet from the open door. No "hello" or anything... Just conveniently marked it as a Delivery Attempt and left. Now we have to wait until Monday to get the package we needed today because we are closed on Saturdays so there will be another failed attempt. I cant even number how many times this has happened. We can't stand outside and wait for the signature required parcels. These trucks are not like FedEx or UPS where you can track the truck with your parcel in it. Super annoying and inconvenient. It would be nice if the postman just did the right thing. Last item... Good luck calling the Kearney direct line. It rings and rings until the busy tone comes up. Called 6 times over 30 minutes with the same result. Government at its finest, I guess
