I flew out to California and sent things back. The gentleman at the counter at the post office. Name Rick was very very rude. And that was a year ago. I just sent my family a package that was very important. Bought everything from the post office. Packaged it at the post office. And paid my postage. It should be there in 5 days. It took 11 days and they did not deliver to the house. Even though tracking said it'd be delivered by 4:10. So my sister went to pick up the package this Saturday. Surprise a surpr rick was working the front desk. He's a very rude man. So we're thinking about going ahead and spending the extra money and going with UPS. He had absolutely no manners.

- BGBenji GSep 11, 20261.0So I've been waiting at least 9 months to get a key for my mail from this specific place and I would go in almost every other weekend to check if they have my key and still nothing ..its ridiculous and really unprofessional that it takes this long to get a key made so I can get to my mail and get my important documents that I need to do daily tasks in life .. like my car registration court jury duty service notices and just other general notices that need action in timely manner . Honestly you guys need to step it up. If I could go to another place just to get my key or mail. I would but unfortunately this is the USPS in my location and it sucks
