  I have been using this UPS location for about five years, and I can honestly say they are absolutely amazing. I am a reseller, so I drop off packages almost every day, sometimes several times a day, and over the years I have shipped thousands of items through them. I have never had a single lost package or problem. This is a family-owned location, and you can really feel the difference. The people here are hardworking, professional, accurate, polite, and genuinely helpful. They check everything carefully, move quickly, and make the shipping process smooth and stress-free every time. What makes this place special is not only the excellent service, but also the way they treat customers. After coming here for so many years, often with my son, it feels more like a friendly community than just a shipping store. They always greet people warmly, ask how you are doing, and create a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. For anyone who ships often, especially small business owners or resellers, I highly recommend this location. Fast service, reliable shipping, great people, and a level of care that is very hard to find these days. Five stars is not enough — they truly deserve the best possible review.

  This store has always been kind when I come in. I do a lot of Amazon returns here and it is always a smooth and quick process. I have sent a couple packages from here too and they are very informative on pricing. They do have other services available, don’t be afraid to ask.

  Thank you for always going above and beyond and providing exceptional customer service. This is truly the best UPS Store in Modesto! I’m so grateful for this amazing team and the care, professionalism, and kindness they consistently provide. Highly recommend!

  I have been a customer of this store for about 1 year. I use their services such as shredding, Amazon returns, and also receive my mail here. Ever since day 1 they have been very kind, friendly , helpful. I love that they don’t mind you calling and ask them to let you know if you have mail so you don’t have to make a trip for nothing. (I live in Tracy and don’t want to change my address yet, so this feature is very convenient for me). The cost is worth it for the mailbox considering all the things I can take care of in just one business. Plus they can receive my bigger shipments from any vendor I order from. Never had any issues with customer service or lost mail.

  This store stands apart! Jas helped us in a stressful situation. I was racing to catch a flight and needed to pack my daughter's bike. Jas was wonderful. She is the perfect example of world-class customer service. She was knowledgeable, kind, patient, and uplifting. She was able to quickly get to the perfect solution for my problem, while making me feel like I was her number one priority. Beyond that she made me feel like she was genuinely interested in me as a person and invested in helping me get to where I was going. We were in and out in less than 5 minutes and she still was able to make a lasting impression. I highly recommend this store to anyone who needs to take the stress out of shipping, packing, and getting things from her to there. Thank you for the incredible experience, Jas!
