  I asked if they could wait just a little bit since I was running just a bit late due to traffic, the lady on the phone asked me how much later and it was just 10 mins past 5. She said, "that would be to late, we won't be here. You have to come tomorrow from 8 to 5." It was just 10 mins, I get, everyone wants to go home, but an act of kindness goes a long way. I feel like they are super nice when receiving our checks.

  Critical : Unprofessional, lack of communication and unrespeful. Not recommended. First I wanted to start by giving feedback back to Cheritie , she was Unprofessional, unrespeful and dissatisfaction with her services. Lack of communication with her and it was not a language barrier it was her Unprofessionalim to explain facts the right way not with an attitude. Also we had the same problem with the notary Jennifer Magana she was Unprofessional and had the worst attitude. She didn't want me to read all the documents I was singing, she didn't have the time for me to go over all the documentation. She had more appointments and we need to reschedule our appointment. Never come back with this company or location.

  First American Title Co has very professional, friendly and "on top of it" escrow teams - what a great experience even when last minute changes happened. Thank you for a successful close.
