had a very frustrating experience at this FedEx location.
I was specifically instructed by a customer service representative to come in between 5:30–7:00 PM to pick up my package. I arrived at 6:45 PM, only to be told by the employee at the counter that I couldn’t pick it up because it had already been loaded onto a truck for next-day delivery.
She then told me to call customer service to request a location pickup—exactly what I had already done, which is why I was there in the first place. When I explained this, she became dismissive, threw her hands up, said she wasn’t going to argue with me, and essentially brushed me off.
I politely asked to speak with a manager, and she initially refused. After insisting, she eventually returned with my package. However, when I provided my permanent resident card as identification, she incorrectly stated that it was not a valid form of ID.
At that point, it turned 7:00 PM, and she refused to continue helping me, claiming the system had shut off. Thankfully, a manager stepped in, handled the situation professionally, scanned my driver’s license, and completed the process without issue.
The employee’s behavior was unprofessional, dismissive, and unnecessarily difficult. I was treated poorly despite following the exact instructions given by FedEx customer service.
