I appreciate the offer letter and the opportunity; however, unfortunately, I will not be moving forward with employment at your company due to an unprofessional experience I had at one of your branches. During my visit, one of the employees was very unprofessional and, instead of assisting me, told me to come back another day with my documents. The way the situation was handled made me feel as though I was being treated like an undocumented individual, which I found extremely disrespectful and inappropriate. Additionally, other employees were in the back gossiping and appeared unwilling to assist me. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not reflect the level of professionalism I would expect from a company I was considering working for. For these reasons, I have decided not to move forward with this branch or the employment opportunity. Thank you for your time and consideration.
