Byeonghee is by far the rudest employee i’ve ever encountered at this post office. POST OFFICE mind you… simply just doing his job and helping people ship out packages irritates him. everytime i come he borderline yells at me when i ask him to repeat himself because i have bad hearing, last time he shoved the pen and paper at me to write down my address and gave me immense grief for losing my mail key and told me “this cannot continue. order a new key now” then called the next person in line before i could even ask how to order a new key, today he shooed me away bc i needed a pen and told me to go look for one when there was genuinely no pen nearby and made me wait back in the long line after already waiting nearly 20 minutes. have never had a good experience with him and today was my last straw.

It's a USPS office, don't expect a lot. The manager is particularly rude. I use the selfservice options whenever possible.

Trouble place to go to 🤦🏼♀️ unfriendly and o guess job is hard , but least my favorite to go here. Always long line less associate to help. The one helping they have short temper. Only one lady working there she is nicer. One time two associates they were arguing about their job front of customers so embarrassing !

I am a military spouse trying to send a care package (protein powder, a shaker cup, and family photos) to my husband who is currently deployed on a Marine Corps ship. As this was my very first time shipping to an FPO address, I expected the staff to guide me through the process. Instead, I was treated with utter contempt and zero patience.
I waited in line for over 30 minutes the first time. When I reached the counter and tried to ask how to format the address, the clerk just brushed me off, told me to just write it on the box, and immediately called the next customer. So I left the line and wrote the address on the box as told.
Forced to line up for another 30 minutes, I got a second clerk. Only then did she inform me that I actually needed to fill out a specific military customs form. When I asked her how to fill it out, she also rushed me away to grab the next person in line, giving me zero guidance.
Because I didn't know how to properly format the military address and zip code (FPO AP 96610-6705) on the customs form, I left those parts blank, lined up for another 30 minutes, and ended up back with the first clerk. He looked at my form and became extremely impatient. Instead of offering any help, he dismissively told me to figure it out myself and tried to push me out of line for the third time by calling the next customer.
Exhausted and frustrated after being there for over an hour and a half, I refused to move. I stood right there at the counter, figured out how to fill in the military numbers by myself while he repeatedly yelled "Next!" over my head, and finally forced them to take the package.
They wasted TWO HOURS of my time due to their sheer unwillingness to help. My husband is out there serving our country, and this garbage, impatient attitude is the support we get at home? I went from being excited to send my husband family photos to being completely heartbroken and furious. Avoid this place at all costs. They have absolutely no respect or patience for military families.
