He was pointing me at what POS to go without opening his mouth… crazy…Very annoying and unprofessional. Store management, I’ve been going to your store for years but this is not acceptable as the rest of your employees are typically very respectful and caring.

Arrived for the appointment time and was told, “We don’t have a notary. We don’t see those appointments, so there’s nothing we can do.” I showed them the confirmation and the just shrugged. Luckily, the Laguna Hills location had a notary and took us as a walk in.

I specifically looked for this and it didn't seem to mention the correct hours when I googled "Notary UPS" - just said "open now". this is meant as an advisory in case someone needs Notary services. The overall experience was good - I just had to go back later after 10am. No biggie.
