    I absolutely hate this location. I never go here anymore because they are rude and clearly don’t care about customer service. But today I was in a rush so I went here anyway. As I was leaving a mom was leaving with her baby in her stroller & the baby started to cry - and as soon as she left the two men started talking crap about her - about how she was messed up about not leaving and closing the door behind her when clearly the young mom was having a morning! I couldn’t believe they would talk about a customer that way. The younger of the two men almost seemed exasperated about helping me when I had mistakenly chosen the wrong option for the return I was dropping off. Seriously, people have choices and when you treat customers like this - I hope enough people see through your intentions of running after a dollar instead of making the best of your job and everyone’s day. Will never step in here again!

    This store not welcomed you return Amazon packages, they were not patient and talking to customers very mean from employees to boss ! Seems they did make enough money from Amazon return service, they having full of hates and want to kick you out of their business door ! How stupid !

    Came here for notary. Walked in asked for notary, employee complained he was all alone working. He helped customer behind me and acted like I was a burden. Gave him my paper for notary and he wouldn’t accept told me he would only take my drivers license. The state of California accepts passport for notary. I asked for his name and he would not give his name. I left and went to UPS store in RSM where they gladly notarized my document with my passport in 2 mins and did it with a smile and thank you! I’ll be reporting you to the notary board!
