  Rude costumer service. It is not a good location to return your Amazon items. The staff’s attitude toward a simple return was very unpleasant and made the process unnecessarily difficult. Other UPS locations make returns quick and easy without making customers feel uncomfortable. This location should consider hiring someone with a better attitude and stronger customer service skills.

  I went to this UPS location for an Amazon return, but they refused my package and were not polite or helpful. I drove to another UPS in Aliso Viejo, where they scanned my barcode and accepted the exact same box with no issue. I would not recommend this location.

  I absolutely hate this location. I never go here anymore because they are rude and clearly don’t care about customer service. But today I was in a rush so I went here anyway. As I was leaving a mom was leaving with her baby in her stroller & the baby started to cry - and as soon as she left the two men started talking crap about her - about how she was messed up about not leaving and closing the door behind her when clearly the young mom was having a morning! I couldn’t believe they would talk about a customer that way. The younger of the two men almost seemed exasperated about helping me when I had mistakenly chosen the wrong option for the return I was dropping off. Seriously, people have choices and when you treat customers like this - I hope enough people see through your intentions of running after a dollar instead of making the best of your job and everyone’s day. Will never step in here again!
