  Very unprofessional customer service. I came to this location on August 15 around 9:30 AM to make several returns. The employee assisting me was on a personal call on speakerphone while helping me. After scanning one return, she asked for the next barcode. I said, “Give me a second,” while pulling it up on my phone. The person on her speakerphone then repeated “give me a second” in a mocking tone. Instead of addressing it or apologizing, the employee lowered the volume and appeared to laugh/smirk. Customers should not have to listen to employees’ personal speakerphone conversations while being assisted, and they certainly should not be mocked by whoever is on the other end of the call. This was disrespectful and unprofessional.

  Lady was super rude this morning. She had just gotten off the phone arguing with a customer saying things like “yes I’m serious” “well we shipped it out on time so I don’t know what to tell you”. Once she was off the phone she didn’t want to take my Amazon return because I didn’t have it in the original Amazon box and I only brought it in the manufacturers package. Totally understand that, but the way she went about it wasn’t okay. When I tried to explain that Amazon said the opposite, that I didn’t need the Amazon package and to just bring it in the manufacturers package, she kept cutting me off (maybe 3 or 4 times) and pointing at my QR code on my phone saying “It says right there, “Customer packed”. 100% felt like she was projecting her incident on the phone to our interaction. I was nothing but nice and I didn’t argue, I was just trying to explain what Amazon said when I submitted the refund. I double checked after and it confirmed what I was trying to explain to her. I don’t really have good interactions here and I try to avoid coming here as much as possible, I’ll make sure to steer clear of this location after today.

  Store had atleast 8 people waiting , i was 3rd up and it took about 25 minutes just to return a package. Only one person was working the front his name is Nick and he was great, he was overwhelmed with work and was still very courteous. Hes the only reason i gave 2 stars.

  This UPS store is the worst. It’s associates that work there they seem to hate their jobs. Every time I go there’s something either a super long line or system is down

  If I could give zero stars I would, this store refused to take the box that it was originally shipped in saying that it needs to go in a shipping box. They couldn’t explain what the difference was between the box that it was in and a shipping box. Do not come to this store. Stay away!
