  ⭐️ Very disappointing experience I had a very frustrating experience at this UPS Store in Eastvale. I went there to return an Amazon product, and I was told I would have to pay around $20 for a box to ship the return. Since I didn’t want to pay that much for a box, I had to drive all the way back home to get my own box and then return to the store. When I came back with my own box, they told me I had to pay an additional $6 because the box was not sealed. After already making the trip back home and returning to the store, I was charged $6 just to have the box sealed. I understand that some services have fees, but I believe the charges should be clearly explained from the beginning. The whole experience felt unnecessary and frustrating. Very poor customer service. I hope they can improve their communication and transparency about fees.

  Horrible customer service. I’ve standing here for 10 minutes due to only one clerk attending 7 customers! It is very easy to waste time just to drop off a package! As I was standing here 2 customers left already!!!👎

  Wow I can see why this place has a bad rating I usually don't rate stores and if I do I would want to say positive things but man I have not experienced anyone who could care less to help customers, this woman attitude was absolutely disgusting not sure her name was she doesn't know how to talk people properly, her body language said I was bothering her yeah I would NOT go to this UPS Store. Extremely unprofessional.

  The lady named Rachel was extremely rude and completely unprofessional. She was on her phone, wearing AirPods, and showed zero interest in attending to customers. She didn't even acknowledge me properly, spoke rudely, and acted like we were disturbing her. No courtesy, no customer etiquette at all. Very disappointing experience — management really needs to look into this.

  这家店真是糟糕透顶 我去邮寄一些东西 袋子收费9 美金 透明胶… 然后很少的东西 收费一共40 多刀， 我给她信用卡 ，出了点问题， 回车拿💰，她不收大钞。我要求cancel，她不给cancel， 也不给退我的东西，最后我就走了… 这是一家黑店 再也不来…
