Do not want to give me a time or they could this location there’s always issues here. Management needs to step in and do something.

I’ve come multiple times this past week to get a barcode scanned to get a label printed and before I even get to the front the Indian lady has to shout “you can’t do that because it’s not going to work” But all it’s needs is printed??? The printers are working I can hear them and see them. I live right in front of this post office, how is it that this is the only post office that somehow can’t print a label? She won’t even give me the opportunity to get up to the front and ask for a different clerk without shooing me out of line.
- ACAlbert ChanApr 15, 20261.0I travel a lot around California. This is the worst post office. Always try to up sale you. You can't distinguished them from scammers. Plus the staffs shamefully do not know what postmark is. Avoid this post office if you can.
- NDNitin DApr 7, 20265.0My review is for passport application with an appointment. I had a smooth experience for this service. I was second in line when I reached 15 minutes before my appointment. I was served within 10 minutes of me being in line. The staff member helping us (Annaysa) was courteous and took care of all of our documents very well. She spotted a mismatch in one of the documents which probably could have gotten our application rejected. Within 10 minutes, we were done with our application review, oath-taking and mailing our application. Very happy with the service I received here.
