- ABandrea brambillaMar 28, 20261.0I usually like to go to this post office because it’s quiet so you don’t have to wait in lines. But I am very disappointed with service I received, which made me loose a pacakage. I needed to send a package to my niece in Northern California and the staff guaranteed the package would arrive in 3 days with the express service. I wanted to make sure because if not I wouldn’t ship it but two people guaranteed it would arrive it. The packaged did not arrive in 3 days. It arrived within the guidelines for priority mail, which makes me think this express mail is a scam. I spent $50 dollars, the package did not arrive on time. My niece had left before the package arrived. I called the hotel to have it returned to me but I never got it back. Another $150 in gifts I bought for my niece lost. For their lack of professionalism when recommending services and having no consideration for peoples money, I give them a 1 star

He said my receipt is online. Bro wouldn't give me a physical receipt so I had to take my packages elsewhere. Bizarre experience.

I don't see that many people there for a small post office. I do not see a post office box outside when it close. The post office inside is very small. The location was okay.🎌📬
