- LSLily SamuelsJun 2, 20261.0Good luck trying to get a person on the phone. The mailboxes are constantly broken into, and they take weeks, even months, to repair them. The mail lady literally leaves the mail on top of the mailboxes while the main mailbox is left completely open. Then, the keys get stolen, and this entire cycle repeats. I’ve also had several packages say they were delivered to the mailbox, but they never arrived.
