- S1songbirdy 170Jun 3, 20261.0I have had a very frustrating experience with this company. I received a deed with incorrect names and have called multiple times to get this fixed. However, they only told me I'd get a call back, which never happened. I was told they would fix their mistake and accommodate me by sending it through the mail, but nothing was ever sent. I called to ask if the best course of action was to visit their offices, and instead of trying to be understanding, they said it's best not to show up because the escrow officer who needs to help me fix it might be with a client. If I could rate this company a zero, I would. They should take accountability for their mistakes instead of allowing something important to a previous client to be prolonged without proper attention.
