- MAMari ASep 25, 20261.0I came here to apply for my son's passport, had all the documents in hand, had done my research because my son had a rare case and instead of just sending the application and letting the department of state approve or deny it one of the employees here denied taking it. I lost out on some time off work because of her and a delayed time line. I went to the post office in downtown Redlands, they sent it and received notice application was approved. Will not come back to this location.
