This post office is at least as good as any other I've been to, and I've moved around quite a bit, so I've had a lot to compare to! There's often a line, but they keep it moving -- I think waiting in line is just part of the post office experience in the U.S. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews; maybe people's expectations are too high.
