The cashier Bxxxo kept asking me to register a staples account even though I insisted not to…why? There was also a time that I was trying to return some amazon stuff. One employee asked me to stay and wait for 8 minutes until he grabbed a new box and put my package into that box.. I could have dropped off the item and go. Like why are they making things so complicated here?

Went to this Staples to return several Amazon packages and had a great experience thanks to Bruno! He was super helpful, positive, and funny the whole time, even when I mixed up a couple of my packages, he stayed patient and kind and got everything sorted. Employees like Bruno make all the difference. Highly recommend this location!

I went to Staples planning to either buy some ink cartridges or buy one of the new printers that use ink tanks instead of cartridges. Bruno was extremely helpful. He showed me the printers that use tanks and explained how they worked, answering all the questions I had. I decided for now to stick to cartridges, but the only cartridge pack on the shelf was a full cartridge set, and I only wanted to replace one cartridge that was low, since my printer doesn't work at all if a single cartridge is empty. He checked in back to see if they had the single cartridge and they didn’t, but he said he could place an order for me online, and it would be delivered to my address within a few days with no shipping fee. He was even able to deduct the value of the used cartridges I bought in from the price of the new cartridge. He was extremely helpful and patient, doing everything he could to give me a positive experience. I recommend Bruno highly.
