Jess was so kind and patient with me throughout the whole process, helping me navigate different technical issues with my FedEx account and even finding sturdier cardstock to help protect my fragile documents. 🫶 I had a very time-sensitive package that needed to get to New York the next day, and she was incredibly patient with me while I explored every possible option to make it happen. She stayed incredibly helpful, patient, and kind throughout the entire process, even as it got close to closing time. I’m grateful for her help and excellent service!

The driver arrives, but instead of delivering my package as I was available to sign for the package they leave a sticky note at my door! Seriously!?? I contacted customer support about this irregularity and they assured me it will be delivered again the next day, but PLEASE don’t send that driver again! They were just thinking about clocking out!

The store was completely empty, like an apocalypse had taken place. I waited, called out several times to see if anyone was in the back, but nothing. I finally had to leave, which was incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of time. I also tried calling the location directly, but just ended up in an automated voicemail vortex with no way to reach anyone. Really disappointing experience.
