  I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the unprofessional conduct of the manager, Erika. As a small business owner and loyal USPS customer for 6 years, I have never experienced this level of disrespect from a USPS employee, let alone a manager. My initial visit was to collect my P.O. Box keys, but due to her immediate, unprovoked hostility, I left and returned shortly after to cancel the service. When I requested the cancellation, she lied to me, claiming no P.O. Box was opened there, and refused to help, using rude, bureaucratic excuses to further belittle me. She only began to do her job,which is to assist customers,once I raised my voice to demand she look up my account. She did end up finding my PO box application on her computer. However, Erika did not apologize. Instead, she was clearly embarrassed to have been proven wrong and chose to gaslight me by doubling down on her claims rather than taking simple accountability. When I asked to speak to someone above her, she smugly claimed there was no one. When I brought up how unprofessional and dismissive she was being, she stated "I don't care. You're the only one who thinks that". It is incredibly disheartening to receive this level of treatment, and I hope district leadership takes the necessary steps to address her unprofessional behavior immediately.

  Small office with odd hours, but with efficient customer service representatives. This office is conveniently located between Romoland, Homeland, and (north) Menifee. The employees here who are always willing, efficient, and knowledgeable. I visit this office frequently and have always had a pleasant experience. With all the new home developments within the immediate area, the foot traffic will grow exponentially. The USPS will have to invest in resources and infrastructure to meet the growing demand.

  if I can put 0 stars! I 100 would, first time guest and I will say I will never come back . I got there mins before closing and he still didn’t wanna take care of me , he raised his voice at me , save yourself the time and go somewhere else
