- RRRVGAug 3, 20261.0My first time here, went to send boxes to an FPO military address with custom forms already filled and a lady with grey long hair and glasses told me I have to fill up the forms online she said they’re not allow to take the actual paper form. I asked why and when did this start and she said long time ago after the war I don’t know what war lol. I told her I’ve been sending boxes during my husband’s 2 previous deployments couple years ago and again this year like twice for the last three months at Murrieta and Winchester post office, they’ve never said such thing. Then she said well they are not allowed to do that. I don’t know if she’s just lazy to type in every items or doesn’t wanna do her job also She was not friendly or helpful at all!! What if I don’t have a computer or a phone to fill the forms online? Now I see why theirs so many negative reviews about this location. Do not waste your time here! Go to Murrieta the ladies there are friendly and very helpful!

- JRjames rakestrawJul 11, 20263.0This place is hit and miss on service and courtesy. The deciding factor is the size of the lobby. It is so small, you can frequently end up standing outside. Rain, heat or cold; don't go. I go only when neccessary and there are better options when not.
- MRMo RossJul 10, 20262.0Tbh I think this location needs a lot of work in regards to handling delivery. I had something signature delivery, and they left a notice without knocking or ringing the door bell at all. When I rescheduled delivery they made no attempts to redeliver. I had to fight my way through the automated customer service just for me to be told I’ll have to go to the local office to “see” if it was there. I spent two more days figuring out where it was and low and behold it was just sitting at the office. Bottomline is, 1. Follow the delivery instructions even when they deliver my Amazon packages they don’t come to the door despite that being my preference… 2. When it says signature delivery… KNOCK AND RING THE BELL to receive said signature. It takes more time to sign the slip than knock. It’s pure laziness and inconveniences the customer. I’m sure nothing will improve though because there looked to be many people around me with similar issues. This company and its employees can just care less about it.
