  This UPS Store here in Menifee, Ca. is the #1 HANDS DOWN BEST UPS STORE EVER! They provide the BEST EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Especially their Rep “KAT!” She is very professional, handles your request with such pride and provides excellent customer service. Thank you KAT and UPS for making my shipping needs met every time with no problems at all. Good job KAT, well done!!

  Customer service is great. Location is TERRIBLE. You can't easily park and take drop offs with ease. It's like entering an amusement park parking lot just for a 2 minute visit.

  When I came there, I had a heavy box that I wasn’t able to lift on my own due to me having a medical condition. I still tried to lift it anyways, so I went inside to ask for a dolly and immediately the associates not only provided me with a dolly, but also sent a male associate out to help me. When the gentleman came out to help me, he refused to let me help because he saw I was in need. I didn’t notify them that I had a medical condition and still they provided me with excellent service and lifted the heavy box for me.

  I was just treated to some excellent customer service. I dropped off a box Saturday then over the weekend I realized I forgot to include something in the box. I go back noon Monday to see if I can include the missing item in the box. Asian Dude (should have got his name) spent like 10 minutes look for the box. Then another 2 workers were back there too. In the end the box was found, then he placed the missing items inside. Problem solved. Big Thanks 🙏
