  I had an event at 10am and needed helium for my balloons. I got there right when they opened at 8am, I can see they were short staffed. The nice lady said she could have the balloons ready in the afternoon. I explained I needed them by 10, she said she had to help on the register but if it got slow she could get to the balloons in between customers. I left at 830am. I returned at 930am and she was finishing the last couple balloons. I was so excited because it almost seemed impossible but she was on it. I thank her because she was a quick multitasking person trying to help everyone and she was so pleasant. You can tell she loved her job Thank you!!!

  The line for Amazon returns snakes around the entire store. Horrendous. This is California. people service doesn’t meet the population overload.

  Either this store needs more employees or the two male employees working tonight need better customer service training. There was a line for Amazon returns, and the employee with the mustache was handling both Amazon returns and the copy/print section. I understand that can be frustrating, but his facial expressions and body language seemed irritated while helping an older woman, and he was also verbally short with the woman ahead of me and with me. Later, my son and I checked out with the employee who had tattoos on his arms. He didn't greet us, make eye contact, or say anything besides the total. When tap-to-pay wasn't working, he abruptly told me where to hold my phone, even though it was already there. He reset something on his end, I tried the exact same spot, and it worked. When I pointed that out, he simply said, "Okay." I understand being understaffed and busy, but customers shouldn't feel like they're an inconvenience. Management either needs to provide these employees with more help or address the customer service issues. Overall, a disappointing experience.

  Tried to drop off a UPS package at this location. After waiting in line, I'm attended by a lady that takes to seconds and says it's too big. Doesn't use a tape measure, scale, or any other form of measurement to say it's "to big". Picks it up and asks the manager (weighs less than two lbs) is this to big, and the manager says yeah to big. Should be something posted about size / weight requirements.
