- CMChris McGowanFeb 8, 20252.0The post office is very helpful and friendly - the delivery people not so much. We've been unlucky to have two very unfriendly delivery people, one who constantly leaves our packages at the top of our driveway near the main road. I've experienced close to a dozen packages that say they were delivered when they weren't and never arrived. When they checked into one of the packages, the delivery person knew what they did wrong and where they delivered it to. I asked if they would go get it and deliver it to the correct address. The answer was no. They hoped the person who received it at the wrong address would bring it back to USPS to have it redelivered. Unfortunately whoever they deliver our packages to seems to be okay with just keeping them. Luckily most are from Amazon and we get another sent from them. But, it is very unprofessional service from USPS.

Sydney's continuous updates and efforts were greatly appreciated and paid off when, to our surprise, we did receive our package! In short, Sydney cared. It's wonderful to know that a strong work ethic still exists. Bravo! Thank you, Sydney! You made our day, week, and year!
