The staff here tried to convince me I could not return Fastrak units without paying shipping which costs more than the units do! She even said, “We get them all the time in the blue box and we just toss’em!” Confusingly rude and unhelpful, coupled with an insultingly blank stare; staff needs to be fired and replaced ASAP at this location.
I went to the next nearest USPS and they happily took the old Fastraks and said they’d mail it back no problem, no charge. He said, “We do it all the time!”

I have never had a bad experience at this location. The clerks have always been friendly and helpful. In fact I applaud them for working in such a challenging environment. Lack of leadership, at the top, (De Joy), covid, lack of employees, and long hours, have made a very difficult working situation for these people. I think them for their perseverance.

I wish there was more than one window open at any time. Postal transactions tend to take a while and when there is a line out the door and only one person working, it generally takes more than 10-15 minutes to be helped (maybe I am going at the worst times).
The building itself is pretty neat. Old-timey, but so it the smell.
