  Extra service charge to send a digital copy of your passport photo to your email without informing you about the extra charge prior to providing your the service by the oversized lady with thick glasses. Or she may have been forced by her boss Jeenu Singh to do so. Terrible. Dishonest. Bad. Mr. or Ms. Jeenu Singh, if u would like to refund me the undisclosed extra charge, i'd gladly remove this review.

  I wouldn't normally write a review for a company like this, but I had a great experience at this location. I usually print and package everything myself so I don't have to wait in line and to make things easier on the staff—in and out. This time, though, I needed UPS to pack my item for me, and I was a little confused about the drop-off instructions at first. The store manager, Gaylin, was so helpful in walking me through everything. There was a steady line the whole time I was there, but everyone seemed to be helped efficiently and out the door in a reasonable amount of time. UPS shipping price is honestly pretty steep, but I guess that's to be expected (and has nothing to do with the customer service, of course).

  Robert is TERRIFIC ...Great Customer Service at this store especially Robert and I live in Orinda so I use this UPS store whenever I can

  Unhelpful staff, literally charges $2 to tape a box. The staff seemed pleased to tell me that for one of my items they would have to have an entire transaction just to tape it for me as opposed to letting me finish all my business in that one trip. They were rude, no other clients were in the store and seemed to prefer being unhelpful to make me come back then to just make a one time exception. This is a hot day and I am also clearly pregnant and exhausted. Terrible experience overall. Just to tape a label onto a box for someone doing drop offs.
