  This isn't about the employees or service I received. It's that UPS charged me $2.20 to tape the top of the box closed. How exceptionally greedy. Just disgusting.

  The store was remarkably clean and well lit. It feels comfortable walking in, and the employees are always attentive and pleasing. The vibe is that they seem to enjoy their job, the store is orderly and clean, and service was smooth. Way better than going to the post office or fedex. Those places are dirty and intense.

  This is a great location with ample parking, and a mailbox out front. The staff are friendly and helpful always with a positive attitude and a smile. The store is organized and clean with a variety of mailing materials.

  This is the worst place to take your Amazon returns to. The staff is extremely rude and slow. It takes them so long from the time you drop off an item to process it. Other locations for Amazon returns, like Whole Foods or Kohls process your item right away. When I questioned them about an item I brought in that still did not show dropped off on my Amazon account 4 hours later I was met with a rude bald guy employee and an incompetent manager. If you want your Amazon return processed quickly with good service don't go here.
