  Exceptional staff here at the Washington St. location! They’re friendly, knowledgeable and fast! I’ve had my post office box here for about five months now and it’s been nothing but a positive experience! I highly recommend!

  Great customer service. Christian really saved the day for me as I lost the tracking receipt for a package that I was sending overseas. I was in Scotland and all I had was the date and time of the transaction from my credit card. Christian was able to pull it up and send me my tracking number to my email address. Thank you!

  This location’s employees are consistently polite, professional, fast and friendly—and this has been the vibe for years. Used them all throughout the pandemic and currently for dropping off packages and printing. Kudos to them and the owner.

  0 Rating!! Rudest associates at any UPS store ever!! I hope you get to keep your Franchise after you hung up on a UPS executive trying to help a member that had zero(0) help from employee here to get a Next Day Air letter that obtained a passport- Member lost their driver license and had passport overnighted, Store employee wanted to see a photo ID, it was in the Envelope??? Why are California people lacking common sense. Unacceptable- Again, Common Sense is not their repertoire, how do you show a photo government ID when it’s in the envelope that you were trying to pick up? Don’t tell me about policies, 42 years in this business, we respect customers and would know how to handle a situation where you had to have the IQ level to do so. Also, a $10 pick up charge. I’m gonna research this out, but we don’t do it at this store here.
