  I rarely leave reviews but everyone should know how amazing this team is. Michael and his coworkers (sadly didn’t catch their names) went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me track down a recently sent package that I needed urgently rerouted back to me. While Michael argued on my behalf with the FedEx 1-800 rep, his coworkers went around to everyone in the warehouse until they found someone with the delivery driver’s cell number. They got ahold of the driver and he set aside the package and returned it in 2 hours, regardless of the official tracking destination. INCREDIBLE. I am immensely grateful to these amazing people. Because of them, my expedited passport will arrive on time!!!! My upcoming trip to Spain is dedicated to my new shipping angels <3

  Just paid $14 for 2-day delivery of a document. By comparison, I sent the same package "guaranteed 3-day delivery" by UPS for $51. UPS promptly lost the package, the second time they've lost one of my packages in five efforts. Compare the customer satisfaction ratings for the two companies and you will come to the same conclusion: avoid UPS like the plague. UPS costs much more, is unreliable, and often losing things

  I’ve been waiting at home for three days, but they aren’t delivering my package; instead, they are lying and claiming they tried three times but I wasn’t home. Then they send me here and tell me to go ask, but no one pays any attention.

  FedEx nearly lost my passport and visa after I specifically paid for signature-required home delivery. Instead of obtaining my signature, the driver signed for the package themselves using a fake version of my name and left the package unsecured in the corner area between adjoining yards in my multi-unit building. These were irreplaceable government documents I had waited 8 months to receive. The only reason I recovered them at all was because one of my neighbors in the building happened to notice the package sitting outside and recognized how important it looked. I have called FedEx more times than I can count. Months of phone calls, case numbers, transfers, promises of follow-up, and still no real resolution — and still no refund for the shipping charges I paid for a service they never actually performed. FedEx representatives even admitted internally that the driver acted improperly and told me the driver was reprimanded, which makes it even more unbelievable that nothing meaningful was done afterward. This was one of the most stressful delivery experiences I’ve ever had. If you are shipping anything important, especially passports, visas, or legal documents, do not trust FedEx signature delivery. Apparently drivers can forge signatures and leave sensitive packages unattended while customers spend months chasing accountability.

  Can’t print labels for you.. seems like that would be helpful for any, you know, shipping center to have.
