  Every single time I come in here - and I come at least a few times a month if not more - I'm always so amazed and delighted by the friendly, professional employees and the quick, generous service. I love my local UPS!

  I go to this UPS location every day for work, and I want to recognize Gerod for consistently going above and beyond. He’s always helpful, professional, and genuinely cares about making things easier for customers. Today really stood out—I'm in a wheelchair, and he took the time to help me move a heavy 60-pound box from my car without hesitation. He also helped me tape two boxes together to make shipping easier. It’s not just about doing his job—he goes out of his way to help however he can. People like Gerod make a huge difference. Truly appreciate his effort and kindness every time I come in.

  The associate was very helpful with my Amazon returns . He also convinced me to use their overnight letter send ..as I was going to go to usps. Saved me a trip . Forgot his name , but associate 365415 was super efficient.
