Their carriers never make any attempt to deliver an item in person when the package is sizable or has a signature requirement and instead resort to filling out one of those little pink slips. The people behind the counter are also lazy, rude and forgetful. I have not once ever had a good experience since I first started coming here. The entire USPS network is hot garbage since the beginning of this year. It’s been let down after let down. This entire agency needs to be shut down. They get in the way of any sort of progress. Also, who needs two dace authentication to check a simple mailpiece on their account? Seriously?

She sent me to the wrong address more than three times, even though my package was actually in her possession. After she directed me to the Stockton location, I contacted the office and the manager—who is responsible for both Stockton and Manteca—was involved. After speaking with him, my package was finally located. However, when I went to pick up my package, the employee’s behavior was very surprising. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, she was extremely rude and showed no respect or professionalism. The way she spoke and acted was not appropriate for someone in her position. You can review the surveillance cameras to verify her behavior. Employees with this kind of attitude should not represent your company.
