USPS marked my package as “No Access to Delivery Location” at 11:23 AM on September 24, 2026, even though there was no actual delivery attempt and no access issue at my address. This was an urgent package that I needed today, and I was waiting for it. Instead of delivering it, USPS updated the tracking with a misleading status and delayed delivery until the next day. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable, especially when someone is depending on an important package arriving on time. Customers deserve honest tracking updates and reliable delivery service. Very disappointing experience with USPS in Manteca, CA!

When I arrived, the employee turned me away and said they actually close at 1:00 p.m., pointing to a sign as the reason. I suggested that they update their business hours online to avoid confusing customers, but I was told, "It's Google." Whether it's Google or not, the incorrect hours should be updated or reported. It wastes people's time, gas, and effort when they rush over based on inaccurate information. A little more attention to keeping the posted hours accurate would help prevent this from happening to others.
