  I had such a wonderful experience at the UPS Store thanks to NAV. She was incredibly kind, professional, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a smile and made everything easy and stress-free. She went above and beyond to answer my questions and make sure everything was handled perfectly. Outstanding customer service like this is hard to find these days. NAV truly deserves recognition for her positive attitude and dedication.   I always go to the UPS store when I need to ship something, make Amazon returns, or use a notary. The staff there are super nice and genuinely helpful. Nav helped me with my notary today, and she was really great. I totally recommend.

  Got to UPS at 6:30 on the dot and doors were already locked. I had a package already labeled and literally just need to drop it and leave, no receipt or anything else needed. I live across town and not easy to make it here with commuting. 2 other people inside standing around that could have easily taken the package off my hands and just looked at me and nodded their heads. Absolutely ridiculous! Do better guys, a simple gesture could have saved you another bad review
